RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your shopping with us at Simple Blessings General Store.  We want every purchase to be perfect, but we realize that’s not always the case so please read our Return Policy before purchasing your items to see if they are eligible for return or exchange.

Online Purchases Return Policy

  • We DO NOT issue Cash Refunds. Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY issued as a Gift Card and must be returned within 14 days of the date of your purchase.  
  • All Original and Return Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
  • All returned items must include original tags, remain unwashed, unworn, and unused. It must be returned in the same condition you received it with no make-up stains, deodorant stains, smoke or perfume odor and pet hair or the return will not be processed.
  • Shoes must be in the original shoe box and that box mailed inside a separate shipping package.
  • Any item marked FINAL SALE is NOT eligible for return. The following items are deemed Final Sale and are Non-Returnable: Clearance Sale items, Jewelry, Lotions & Body Care, Consumable Goods, Seasonal Items and Gift Cards.    
  • If a Final Sale item or non-returnable item is returned, you WILL NOT receive a Store Credit and your item will be donated.
  • Returns are limited to 3 items per month. If you return more than 3 items a 15% restocking fee will be charged and will be deducted from your store credit.
  • We do not take exchanges for online orders as there is no guarantee we will have the replacement item you want when your item is returned. However, once your return is accepted, you can check our website for the desired item and make a separate purchase for the new item if it is still available.

How to Make a Return

  • If your item was purchased from our Online Store, please complete the Return Form that was included with your package along with a copy of the Packing Slip with the returned item(s) circled. If that is not available, please write your Order Number on a piece of paper and enclose it in the package.

  • If your item was purchased in-store, please return it to Simple Blessings General Store where you will be issued a Store Credit if it qualifies for a return.
  • All shipping and handling costs are your responsibility. We recommend you receive a tracking number through purchasing shipping insurance or using a return processor that includes tracking.  We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages caused by the return shipping service.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.
  • When the return process is completed, you will receive a Store Credit sent to the email address you provided in your checkout process.
  • You will be notified by email if your return does not qualify for a Store Credit.

In-Store Return Policy

  • In-store purchases can be returned directly in store for STORE CREDIT ONLY with the same return stipulations (see above) as online purchases within 14 days of purchase.
  • In-store purchases can be exchanged in person instead of store credit being issued if a like item is available. If no like item is available, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of a Gift Card.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive them.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item please email us within 5 days at SimpleBlessingsGS@gmail.com.
  • We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or for damage caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
